Thank you for bringing up this issue.
I will open this issue up for other contributors to fix this.
If anyone is interested in working on this, then please reply back to this issue and it will be assigned to you. This assignment will be on a first come basis.
Here is what I am looking for in this fix
- Remove the Chicago tech link from the list
- Replace the Chicago Tech Diversity Initiative link with the alternative link mentioned in the original issue post.

I can likely finish this in the md, I just wasn't sure if I had
permissions, because something was off, like an inactive "new pull request"
button. I don't remember exactly what I saw on that day.
