we'll likely structure things pretty differently once we switch over to app dir since we'll be able to co-locate components with the pages they're used in more easily

I agree with everything except the tw-components renaming, I see your point, but I'll let @jnsdls give a final answer here.
The rest is great, feel free to start on that refactoring!
There's also the <ProductSection> component we also use in Solution pages so if you have a better name for it that would also be appreciated.
