Ver 2.24.1 - Unwinnable Seed (No access to Chamber of Birth) about lamulanarandomizer HOT 8 OPEN

The issue with that path became the lack of the Mini Doll. Since removing the skull walls requires having both map softwares, and one of them was locked behind either having the Plane Model to light the Tower of the Goddess and enter the Gate of Illusion from the top or having the Mini Doll to complete the bottom of the Gate of Illusion, I had no means of getting to yagomap.exe from what I can tell.

That route was where my need for the Ring came in - you can't destroy the wall from the left without the Ring, according to the Unusual Interactions page.

You may be right about that, but I can't recall. I remember spending a few hours looking at what I had and narrowing down what I needed to get to, but since it's been a couple months, I'm not sure anymore. I can try making another run at it this weekend to see what I got stuck on so I have a better answer.

I just tried running the randomizer with that seed and all the same settings, and it ended up spitting out a different layout for me. I'm not sure I'll be able to reproduce this seed reasonably.

I haven't done a careful logic review, but if the items.txt is accurate, I think this is moot. With Chi You guarding a coin chest, the Mini Doll becomes a completely useless item. Likely caused by a misunderstanding of the exact puzzle triggers for Gate of Illusion, since many people doing casual playthroughs solve the Mini Doll puzzle long before reaching the Illusion save point and figuring out what it actually did.
