Adding tags about oauth2-client HOT 2 CLOSED

Hi Magnus,

For the time being you can directly link to a commit (see composer docs to
see how to do this) but I've got some significant updates coming soon for
the package (as well as unit tests) so I will start properly tagging
releases then.
