Hrm, I have no idea how to do that. Also, this isn't really a Cygwin package, i.e. not compiled from GNU/Linux source - it's a pure Windows program; I'd make an educated guess that they wouldn't accept any outside contributions like this.

If someone else wants to tackle this, or create a Choco / WinGet package (e.g. as part of #34), feel free to submit a pull request for this!
