网上查了下资料，有人指出Windows 的 Webview2 尚不成熟，在低版本的 Windows10 上面会出现白屏等恶性 bug

如果是用户目录是中文，存在bug，无法启动

你先在cmd 启动这个 server.exe 看看有没有异常日志

更换电脑和系统解决
