I've added a header to some more of the files. I haven't added one to the files in src/elements because there are so many of them (and in some cases, the header would be larger than the actual code).

Is it that you don't want to put the headers in src/elements/ or that you don't think they should be there?

There's no reason why those files shouldn't have headers. I didn't see headers for those files as being quite as important as for the others, but the main reason I didn't want to add them was because it was after 2am and I couldn't be bothered :P
