powder.h includes graphics.h before it defines GRAPHICS_FUNC_ARGS. So even though other files try to include powder.h first, graphics.h is still included before the definition.
Moving the graphics_DEFAULT declaration to powder.h should work (gets rid of the warning in gcc). I'm sure I did that a couple of weeks ago, maybe I forgot to push it.
Edit: pushed 1d59194 (tested with clang on linux, it now compiles)
