It's not an owner-only feature. To use ping, the bot will have to:
- running by docker
- container name is
ytdlbot_ytdl_1 - forward docker socket to above container.
It's worth mentioning there's some bugs in the 'tgbot_ping' utility. I'll fix that later this week.

Yeah, sometimes it'll throw some exception. But the bot is actually running. I'll fix the utility later.
