The current draft shows dohuri
in an HTTPSSVC
record, mixed in with the domain's other SvcFieldValue keys. That seems right to me: you don't want to add another query to the beginning of every connection. Is this for a different use case?
For that use case, I don't think you need a special label: HTTP clients would use HTTPSSVC, and if some non-HTTP protocol foo
wanted to benefit from Adaptive DNS, it would have
_9999._foo.example.com. SVCB ... dohuri=https://doh.example.org/query ...
EDIT: I see #62 proposes a use case in which this would be appropriate.

This issue is mainly capturing the comment from Erik, to make sure we don't lose it. In general, I'd also want to do a single query for an HTTPSSVC record that tells me the dohuri
along with the other information that's already retrieved.
