Yes, eventually, this time has come. 😅 This problem arises because terra.js depends on node polyfill below webpack 4.0.
You can refer to this link for the polyfill configuration required to run terra.js on webpack 5.0.

I will update the create-react-app template based on webpack 5.0 within this week.
I don't want to use rewired on the basic template, but I think I have to do it.

I just updated to react-scripts v5.
Unfortunately, however, a lot of polyfill was needed, and react-app-rewired was used.
