I copy full macos folder to my own project, and it works.
There is probably some settings official didn't mention.

it cause by permission. i edit "macos/Runner/DebugProfile.entitlements" and Release.entitlements, add lines:
<key>com.apple.security.network.client</key>
<true/>
and restart.

For anyone else having this issue, make sure the entitlments (DebugProfile, Release) and the Info.plist are the same as in the example/macos folder
