One main goal of the companies to attend events is to portray themselves in the best possible way and attract talented young people, while students are motivated to get to know the future employer. Few problems arise: Smaller and less-known companies are at a disadvantage to get their brand across and get as much traction as prestigious companies, goodies are not appreciated. For the organizers of the events, there are always uncertainties if they can sell out all tickets, food is wasted, there is not enough data about the engagement of the people available. Also, companies have a hard time finding the talents with the needed skill set that is verifiable. Headhunters often step in to connect the right candidate with the right employer in exchange for high fees. We, however, believe that matching the right company and the right candidate is best done on live events with the use of our tokens. Whereas Google ads target the right customer, our startup helps companies to find and attract the students with verifiable competences live. Students also can get incentivized to get to know smaller companies by doing quests (completing puzzles, attending speeches, giving presentations) of the company and gaining tokens. Tokens from the loyal/frequent/most successful participants can be exchanged for perks, such as premium food, sponsor goods or even exclusive interviews. One major tool to help the companies to find “true” talents is the individual skill map, that is being backed by certificates and links to former projects stored on the blockchain or endorsements of other skilled candidates.
