Adding the missing dependencies solves my problem

But it still fails when I remove the dependencies

Remove these dependencies (they should be transitively added by tensorflow-core-platform or tensorflow-core-api, depending on what you are using) and make sure to refresh your snapshots (mvn install -U).

To double check, you can view the pom file of the tensorflow-core-api artifact in your local maven repository, if it is almost empty then it means that you are still using the old files and should probably delete that whole directory manually.

Closing this old ticket, accessing model default signature can now be done very easily by calling
savedModel.function(Signature.DEFAULT_KEY).signature(). You can even invoke this signature directly with savedModel.call(inputTensorsMap).
