更新流程：

创建 tag > 触发蓝盾流水线编译打包 > 提交蓝盾自定义仓库 > 更新测试环境 > 测试验证
（加粗部分已实现）

  • 由于二进制包有比较多的“脏活”，所以不适合放到 GitHub Action，修改到蓝盾流水线
  • 新打 release 部分比较敏感，不适合自动化，手动处理更合理，从流程中删去
