我们希望把tscancode扫描结果发布到Jenkins上，所以希望大佬能把支持Jenkins解析的插件做完。虽然目前可以用cppcheck.hpi代替解析，但是cppcheck的问题分类和tscancode不一样，解析出来，所有问题混为一类，而且不能显示代码明细。同时，希望能完善说明文档，特别是命令行执行说明。（另外，发现一个问题，命令行直接调用tscancode在cmd中执行，无论结果是什么，xml都为空，需要使用管理员身份调用tscancode才行。当我想把命令行放Jenkins构建中，就带来了麻烦，最后是通过下载代码重新编译才解决的）
