I need to reprocess some workflows as failed status.
If a workflow is failed and you need to "reprocess" it, usually it is best to start a new instance of it. That's what that sample does, is lists the workflows and gets some advanced things about them, then starts another instance of each.
(closing issue since it's a question, but can ask in forums or in Slack, or comment here if you need to)
