1. You can check out BillingFileProcessor.java and BasicLineItemProcessor.java
2. Do you mean the functionality to merge usage/cost from different accounts, or in other words, to treat usage/cost from different accounts as if they are from one account? Do you have one consolidated billing file for all linked accounts?

If you can provide some sample line items and what end results you'd like to see, it will help me understand your needs.

So “re-blending” is not quite the term that is accurate. What we basically need to do is re-calculate the retail price for a subset of our linked accounts that together represent a single customer. As a reseller, we have a single payer account (consolidated billing account) that aggregates all of our customers’ linked accounts. The challenge we have is that we deal with very large companies that within themselves have numerous linked accounts. So we end up in a place where we have to create group of linked accounts that represents the customer, total up all the detailed usage, then manually enter that usage into the AWS pricing calculator to accurately get that customer’s pricing. It’s that last step that I’m looking to add into ICE.

I think that will work, but we’re also having some challenge getting the Breakdown tab to appear in the UI.
