The instructions say "First sign up for Amazon's programmatic billing access here to receive detailed billing(hourly) reports."
Detailed billing reports are labeled "Detailed Billing Report" and "Detailed Billing Report (with resources and tags)". What language would you propose instead?

"First sign up for a few AWS services under Billing Preferences.
- Programmatic Access. The S3 Bucket Name you enter here will be used later.
- Detailed Billing Report, or Detailed Billing Report (with resources and tags). After signing up for either of these, verify that you receive billing files in one of the following formats: -aws-billing-detailed-line-items--.csv.zip, or -aws-billing-detailed-line-items-with-resources-and-tags--.csv.zip."
