UPDATE: Not only do parrots not follow the player, but sometimes any pet will refuse to move. When this happens, if the player teleports or leaves the server, the entire server crashes.

I've encountered the same thing. If a player (or myself) were to do /spawn, and a little while later return to /home location, the /home chunk crashed the server due to Entity.Sonarpet (Didn't matter which kind of pet in my case.) Once I removed the plugin, the server ran just fine again. I hope this gets patched up. For the sake of fixing this, I've added the crash report. In the crash report, it's the sheep pet. Earlier, a villager pet did the same. Reset the world map due to thinking it was something else at the time, but looking through the reports shows that it's essentially the same error.
