Looking at the code of createBaseQuery and pull request #6125, I now see that createQuery options has an option to specify the reconcile function. If I add this line to my example, unnecessary renders are prevented:

reconcile: (oldData, newData) => reconcile(newData)(oldData)

I'm leaving this issue open cause, as a newcomer to SolidJS and TanStack Query, this cost me a few days 🙈. Could you please add some documentation around it?

In my opinion, rendering everything on every fetch is not a good default. If reconcile is broken, so disabling it is necessary, it would be good to report the bug to SolidJS and make sure this is just temporary.
