Can confirm this bug. Also happens on mine when I try to disable the form on submit (because it re-renders the view). I lose all the values of the form, but when I tried downgrading to 1.2.8 it somehow retains the values in the view, but then the values aren't included in ordinary form requests. Had to manually re-submit the form on submitForm().

Hmm i need to check to see if this is a problem in V2. I don't think it is but I can look into it.
