ownCloud minimizes most javascript into core.js. Please start by adding define('DEBUG', true); to config/config.php just above $CONFIG=... to avoid that, reload the app and paste the result here again. To improve readability enclose it as a code block.

I think the jquery library we use have some dirty tricks going on, which ownClouds Content-Security-Policy blocks. The TAL library only uses Javascript in it's manual, and Journal doesn't have any inline scripts. I also see it with other apps.
