We had this problem swallowing so many of our errors for months, resorting to disabling this module when it got in the way of debugging. So glad this was finally fixed!!!

Thanks @ijpiantanida. Any chance you can provide some more context around this so I can try to reproduce it? A snippet of that componentWillMount method and an idea of how the components were wrapped up would help 👍

@tanem hey man, Im having this issue only when running my tests with jest. I created a repo so you can reproduce it.

There is just 1 unit test to reproduce this issue.
Steps to reproduce:
1- Clone repo
2- npm install
3- npm test
