In chapter 2 an intermediary step was missing on pg 43. The book is missing setting the factor for the brands. You include it in the examples of your code but in the actual book while reading it is missing in print. It is an amazing read thank you so much.

No worries your book is awesome! Also the function call to produce those plots on figure 2.3 is not plot it is boxplot the examples from the files have it as plot()
