Do you mean dynamic as in changing every time the report is displayed (e.g. based on the actual record you are on)? Or do you mean dynamic as in set when adding the viewer to a form/dashboard by defining the table name and column as CRM data parameters?
For the latter you could probably do it by introducing custom parameters and parsing the CRM data parameters in your code (note that this is not something I really support but technically it should work).
