Packages create no groups, even tho they should about spksrc HOT 2 CLOSED

@GregorHse you should read https://github.com/SynoCommunity/spksrc/wiki/Permission-Management in our wiki.
The wiki page https://github.com/SynoCommunity/spksrc/wiki/Permission-Concept is oudated and not adjusted with the changes for DSM 7.

The main fact for DSM 7 that you are missing is:

With DSM 7 we can't support the above group concept any more, so we need to migrate to the "System internal user". Please follow the instructions below. Once done you can remove the old sc-download and sc-media groups.

It would probably be a good idea to change the install assistant text, to reflect the difference for DMS 7.
