This might be a local issue. My configuration was Alpine Linux + Node 8.11.4.

I tried on a different machine which has Ubuntu 18.04 + Node 8.12.0, and everything works fine.

On the machine that works, the output of npm run dev is:

✔ server (1.3s)
✔ client (1.3s)
✔ service worker (67ms)
> Listening on http://localhost:3000

While on the machine that shows the problem, the output is:

_ server (799ms)
_ client (802ms)
_ service worker (18ms)
> Server is not listening on port 3000

(It says not listening but it's actually running and serving the other pages fine)

Closing; I am sure this is some problem with Alpine and its version of node.

Sorry for the noise.
