I confirm this bug does not happen with boussole==0.9.2 on the same project.

- Happen only with Python 2.7;
- It comes from one included library that contains some unicode characters like:
←→•, when removed, everything goes well; - This does not happen with compile mode because compile only throw every sass file to compile to libsass instead of watcher mode that need to parse sass file to inspect it;
