Hi dmitry...
I was able to fix the creator & view issue by adding the below CDN in survey-creator.html & survey.html pages
<script src="https://unpkg.com/[email protected]/build/output/knockout-latest.js"></script>

Our demo looks ok for me.
Could you please describe how to reproduce the problem in greater detail?

Yeah sure .
1 Git clone this project & run .
2. Go to survey creator .
3. Drag drop (Matrix)MultipleChoice ...
It doesn't work.....
let me know .. i would record a video if is still unproduced at your end ?
