Test data was added in the shape of a toy example.
Some changes were added.
- Only 1 genome was added
- 11 CDS genes and 1 RNA gene added
- 1 RNA gene and 2 IGR sites added
- 6 different patterns of zeros in the MK table included
- Mapping file with two groups.
Might add some small but real dataset at some point.
Might also include some of the data as .rdat files.
