ログファイルのパスとOn/Offをアプリ設定で指定できる。
ファイルパスには何種類かのプレースホルダーを使える。
Windows と Mac/Linux でパスの区切り文字が違うので扱いが少し面倒そう。
app.getPath("logs") で取れるパス、例えば Windows なら C:\Users\ユーザー名\AppData\Roaming\electron-shogi\logs がログの出力先として妥当そうなので、ひとまずパスを設定する機能は要らない気がする。
