Error when Entering about submerged HOT 7 CLOSED

This isn't a submerged bug, this is a problem with your Bepinex mod loader

If your bepinex was working you would see these lines show up indicating the number of mods you are loading, and submerged itself.

It looks like you are running the right version of BepInEx at face value? (assuming u are using the Zip provided in the submerged release). So maybe you got another problem going on? file permissions, internet connectivity, antivirus being dumb? idk.

I think MY question was quite direct to the point that I had to repeat it, I went to check if it had to do with the internet and Antivirus, now the question is what the heck YOU mean by File permissions.
