stripe listen posts to incorrect url about stripe-cli HOT 6 CLOSED

It looks to be working correctly on my laptop so I want to see what configuration it's reading.

@tomer-stripe it looks like I had a URL without the "/_billing-events" path on my test webhook endpoints. Working now! I thought it would just use my webhook events config, not try to extrapolate a path from my webhook path.

We should probably forbid paths in the --forward-to and --forward-connect-to flags when ----load-from-webhooks-api is used and output a better error message to make this behavior clearer.

That'd be a great change. In any case, this is a SUPER welcome addition to the stripe family. Saved me so much headache already.
