Hi @dboek,

To keep consistent with the fields that are exposed by the wire protocol at 0.9.1, the 'global' boolean at the end of the Qos signature is also exposed. The RabbitMQ authors (and myself) think that a channel method that changes global state is a bad idea, so they don't implement this method parameter. Global must always be false when speaking against a RabbitMQ server.

Take a look at the details of RabbitMQ's implementation of the AMQP sepecification for more details.

The docs will get an update about this parameter.
