node 16 (lts) won't be supported by strapi v3.x and will be used (maybe as default) for v4 as you can read here in the strapi issue: strapi/strapi#11135

ok ty, Would be nice, if you could provide a node v16 docker image for strapi v4 beta to test it out.

I made a demo repository with strapi 4.0.0-beta.3 and node v16.11.1.
you can find it here: https://github.com/Loumaris/strapi-v4-beta just a simple docker-compose up should install all packages, build strapi and start it in developer mode.
