I excel at figuring things out (both problems with objects in the physical world and problems in the world of bits & bytes), working with people, and automating complex systems (at least with processes that are repetitive). I started two companies Great Plains Painting and Tis the Season. I sold Great Plains Painting and still actively operate Tis the Season on a seasonal basis. I built all the tech for these two business (it's how I learned) with the goal of optimizing two key metrics:

• optimize the customer service and service quality
• minimize the size of the team required to do so (leverage tech to be the team where possible)
