OpenXR Loader fails when targeting Android v32 on Quest about stereokit HOT 4 CLOSED

While writing this ticket and collecting information, I discovered that this does in-fact seem to work for <uses-native-library>, and manages to load the library just fine.

<uses-native-library android:name="libopenxr_forwardloader.oculus.so"/>

For the final entry, I'm using this, to prevent install failure on non-oculus devices:

<uses-native-library android:name="libopenxr_forwardloader.oculus.so" android:required="false"/>

Note for posterity: The uses-native-library tag has to go inside your <application></application> - something like this

<application>
    <uses-native-library android:name="libopenxr_forwardloader.oculus.so" android:required="false"/>
    <!-- Rest of your application stuff -->
</application>

Last item before this gets closed, StereoKit.Templates will need to be updated with this line, and moved to tonight's NuGet package.
