Easier maps usage about mangos-docker HOT 2 OPEN

@StephenSorriaux do you know if the map extractors are cross compatible? (mangoszero compatible with mangostwo)

We could (at least for Kuberenetes) use an extractor image as an init container for the server that way the users would only have to supply the client files.

@Wizofgoz I think each version has its own map extractor... but yes we could build the Docker image for each version and use it as an init container, as you suggested, for k8s.

For other means, maybe we could provide instructions on how to execute the extractor via the (future) Docker image
