I fixed it, you just need to create a 'lib' folder in the main server directory. Can you kind of put that on your bukkit page? I didn't really understand. Just explain it better like, "Create a folder (If one is not created) In your main server directory called 'lib', then extract this zip in the folder"

So, I created a folder called 'lib' in my main server directory. I put the library .jar's you provided in the folder and it worked. This is what I have:
