Failed to start because of opened port 1900 about kelvin HOT 4 CLOSED

This happens when kelvin tries to locally search for hue bridge via UPnP and the needed port is already in use. Currently there are two possible solutions to this:

1. Identify and end the process blocking the port (Try running netstat -tulpn|grep 1900. This will give you a PID (process ID) you can use to run ps -A|grep $PID to identify the process or run kill $PID to end it.)
2. Manually configure the IP and username of your bridge in the config.json file. See Manual bridge configuration for details.

I could work around this bug if I change the behavior of a library Kelvin uses. I'll leave the issue open for this solution.

It is minidlnad binded to the port. After stopping it Kelvin runs OK.

Just released v0.0.13 which uses a custom fork of the hue library. I made some changes to make bridge discovery more resilient. This should fix this issue (or at least make it far more unlikely).
