Hi cawith,
thanks again for reporting any issues.
The broken update feature was caused by wrong meta data in the github releases API. I pushed release v1.1.5 which hopefully fixes this.
Your problem with appearing and disappearing lights seems strange to me. First of all the timing is kind of random. Being able to stop it by changing the scene is even more strange...
My first guess are reachability issues between your lights and the bridge. When this happens the lights stay as they are but the bridge and kelvin will assume your lights were turned off... As part of the new release v1.1.5 I pushed a change to better log if a light was turned off or is no longer reachable. Maybe this helps us in finding the issues...
Please let me know if the problem still exists and paste a log of the new release if it does!
Thanks,
Stefan
