A bit late but I'll explain how to do it.

There are two ways:

  1. Open the your file manager where the scripts were cloned, then right click and selected Open terminal here. After it opened just do ./script (of course you have to replace the “script” with the one you want to run).
  2. Or you could open your terminal and cd into the directory where you cloned this repository; then all you've just do is ./script again.

According to the README, all scripts have been chmoded, so that means they can be executed, if you're unable to run them, just do chmod +x script and try again (and again you'll have to replace “script” with the actual name).
