thank you very much for this report. We had missed the fact that this problem also occurs when using Alignme. We quickly made the necessary corrections and it should now also work with Alignme. We have tested this in this session with the data you used.

thank you for the bug report. We have identified the problem, 2 conditions have occurred in the program flow that should not actually occur.

First, a race condition occurred during the execution of the individual sub-steps. This resulted in no meaningful error message being displayed. We fixed it with Commit.

The second error was a missing query for Fasta files (and target sequences) as to whether the given sequence has mutations to the given PDB file. This is now checked and Mutation Explorer shows an error message if this occurs. The bug has been fixed with Commit.

The bugfixes have already been deployed at our server. I would be pleased if you could briefly confirm that the problem has been fixed. Thank you!
