Thanks for the response. That would be great if you could get a license file in there. Where I work there are a few "skittish" people who tend to frown on me using Github projects without a clear license. :)

I don't think the latest commit (range requests) actually works - I gave up on supporting range requests via x-send and IIS, just FYI if you are compiling yourself. The DLL is as of the previous commit and what I use in production.

Just an FYI I was able to compile at the revision where you last compiled against and place it in the GAC and use it successfully. Works well!
