I did a Google search for "OOM Exception". It is Out Of Memory Exception. Here are the first two responses. Hope this helps ...

I know what OOM exception is, I am just informing you that when I tried to read video file (around 20MB using device having only 512MB RAM and running Android 5.1.1), you code gave me OOM exception. You can check and fix the issue in your code.
