deque_remove_first not implemented correctly. about collections-c HOT 4 CLOSED

Hey @argonlaser thanks for raising the issue. I'll just say that implementation is correct, however there are some subtle things about the deque that can cause confusion. I'll come back to you with a more detailed explanation of how this whole deque contraption works, which will hopefully clear out the confusion. :-)
