Use ContextWrapper#attachBaseContext to reduce boilerplate? about mortar HOT 7 CLOSED

Flow would have a lot more boilerplate otherwise. Mortar's boilerplate level is about the same either way.

We won't screw them over, ContextWrappers compose.

Sounds doable, however I wonder what we gain here? Don't override getSystemService, override attachBaseContext instead? What's the win?
