The EntityReader<Object, Row> works well for selects and reading.

We possibly need a new implementation for the EntityWriter<Object, Query>. The current converter can not implement the write(Object, Row)

I think CassandraConverter have to implement

EntityReader<Object, com.datastax.driver.core.Row>
EntityWriter<Object, com.datastax.driver.core.querybuilder.BuiltStatement>

Formally Datastax driver gives this approach to query and update data.
So, in this case we need to change:

public interface CassandraConverter extends EntityConverter<CassandraPersistentEntity<?>, CassandraPersistentProperty, Object, Row>

to

public interface CassandraConverter extends EntityConverter<CassandraPersistentEntity<?>, CassandraPersistentProperty, Object, Object>

because of:
public interface EntityConverter<E extends PersistentEntity<?, P>, P extends PersistentProperty<P>, T, S> extends
EntityReader<T, S>, EntityWriter<T, S>

BuiltStatement and Row objects have common parent only on Object :(
