I just found that it is because my cudnn version is not compatible with my GPU, after I reinstalled dannce with correct cudnn version, the problem solved.

Hi v738301.
I'm having a similar issue with com-predict. With the given demo config files and the markeless_mouse1 videos, it generates a com3d0.mat, which has 99 NaN values out of 100 predictions using the given weights: ./COM/train_results/weights.250-0.00036.hdf5.
I've upgraded cudnn from 7.6.5 to 8.0.5.39, but it's still the same. I'm using rtx4090. Does anyone have any idea how to solve this?
